What is included?

If your protected parcel is lost or arrives damaged, KNEVARA will offer a free replacement or a refund.

How to make a claim

Contact KNEVARA with your order number and a short description of what happened. For a damaged parcel, include photographs of the item and packaging where available.

KNEVARA handles the claim directly and will arrange your replacement or refund.

Adding or removing protection

Protection is optional and is not selected automatically. The charge is shown in your cart before checkout. Switch it on to add protection to your order, or switch it off to remove it before placing the order.

Free worldwide shipping remains included with your knee massager purchase. Shipping Protection is a separate optional service.
